Champion - Reverse Weave Sweatshirt 9180yen

This item is a "Champion Reverse Weave Sweatshirt". It is produced by Champion. Champion is a sports wear brand that was established in Rochester, New York in 1919. This brand sold knit wear at first, and then their products quality was recognized and they started making sweatshirts. Then sweatshirts were adopted by the University of Michigan. That's why Champion became famous in the U.S.A.

Reverse Weave was born in 1934 by Champion. This sweatshirts's texture is knitted sideways so it decreased the lengthwise shrinkage. The sweatshirts also have side ribs. Because of this side rib, the sweatshirts don't  shrink sideways and they make easier to move.

Reverse Weave Sweatshirts have 2 kinds tags mainly.  There are the Red tag and the Blue tag. The Red tag version is made in the U.S.A. 12.5oz and costs 15120 yen. The Blue tag version is made in China. 11.5oz and costs 9180 yen. Both of these are so thick and very strong, so we can wear them  for a long time. We can enjoy the aging of the sweatshirts. As you can see, the Red tag version is a  higher grade than the Blue tag version, but it does not mean the Red tag is better than the Blue tag. Blue tag is made smaller to fit Asians because it is made in China, so if you buy either, I recommend the Blue tag one if you are short like me.

This picture is when I  wore the Blue tag one. The size is XL. It seems the sleeve length is a little  long, but body length is fine. And I have a black one too. It's size is L. This one's sleeve length and body length are fine.  

These sweatshirts are so excellent, comfortable, strong and cool. I think these are  the best sweatshirts I've ever worn. As I said, I recommend you the Blue tag one but the Red tag one must be good one, too. I will try the Red tag one someday and you compare both sweatshirts.
